Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Consultation: Educate customers to offerings, including foreign exchange, remittance, and travel cards, and suggest suitable solutions.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain long-term customer relationships by providing timely follow-ups and assistance.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed assigned sales targets by maximizing conversions from incoming leads.
- Data Management: Accurately record customer details and interactions in the CRM system to track leads and sales performance.
- Cross-Selling & Upselling: Identify opportunities to offer additional forex-related services and maximize revenue per customer.
- Market Awareness: Stay updated on currency exchange rates, forex regulations, and competitor offerings to provide accurate information to customers.
- Collaboration:
Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth transaction processing and customer satisfaction.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Excellent Communication Skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage customers effectively.
- Sales & Negotiation Skills - Ability to persuade and convert leads into customers.
- Proficiency in CRM Tools - Experience with sales software and lead management tools is an advantage.
- Target-Oriented Mindset - Ability to work under pressure and meet/exceed sales targets.
