- Maintain strong product knowledge of the full Solutions suite and competitive offerings
- should have minimum 1 year of working experience as Customer support and operations executive:
- generating Daily/Weekly/monthly Mis reports:
- Should have valuable knowledge in advance excel, Microsoft office
