What You Will Do:
- Act as the primary point of contact (POC) for the Banking Operations team for data management and report requirements. This would involve gathering, analyzing, and sharing relevant data to ensure smooth operations.
- Serve as a liaison between the product and tech teams to drive projects and product optimization. You will need to communicate requirements, track progress, and ensure timelines are met.
- Have a basic understanding of payment gateway products, how they function, and the various features offered to clients.
- Understand pricing for payment gateway products and manage special pricing arrangements. This includes overseeing the allocation of Terminal IDs (TIDs) in line with company policies.
- Occasionally screen websites when required, which could be for verifying details, compliance, or fraud prevention.
- Consistently meet turnaround time (TAT) targets for various tasks, ensuring timely resolution and project delivery.
- Target the Terminal procurement/STB cases > 90%
- Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Own & execute end to end cost queries internally, cross-functionally & with our banking partner
What you will need:
- 1-3 years of Banking operations role in Aggregators (Paytm, Razorpay, PayU, Instamojo, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of Excel for data analysis, reporting, and visualization. A basic understanding of SQL will be helpful for querying databases when needed.
- Robust communication skills, oral & written.
- Proven experience on google sheets or excel knowledge.
- Strong inter/intrapersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with our banking partners.
