.Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Graduate / Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical preferred) or BBA/MBA in Marketing.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in marketing or sales support, preferably in Composite Fiber, transformer parts, or industrial components.

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Market Research
- Identify potential clients in the transformer manufacturing, electrical equipment, and energy sectors.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through field visits, online platforms, and industry contacts.

2. Client Interaction & Relationship Management
- Regularly interact with customers to understand requirements and offer the right CRGO lamination solutions.
- Support the sales team in building long-term client relationships and ensuring repeat business.
- Schedule and attend client meetings, plant visits, and technical presentations.

3. Marketing & Sales Support




- Assist in developing product brochures, technical datasheets, and marketing materials.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events to represent the company and promote offerings.
- Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, samples, and timely delivery of customer requirements.

4. Quotation & Proposal Support
- Assist in preparing commercial offers and quotations based on client inquiries.
- Coordinate with production and planning teams for delivery commitments and lead times.

5. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain and update client databases, inquiry records, and follow-up reports.
- Prepare and present weekly marketing activity reports to management.

Pay: ₹10,037.05 - ₹34,283.30 per month
