An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Chef/Head Chef to lead the kitchen of an upcoming premium vegetarian restaurant concept in Noida, India .We are seeking a passionate culinary leader with a strong background in modern and traditional vegetarian cuisine, menu innovation, and high-quality kitchen operations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional food quality and consistency.Develop creative, creative, and commercially successful vegetarian menus.Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate the kitchen team.Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, food safety, and sanitation.Manage food costs, stock control, purchasing, and supplier relationships.Ensure efficient kitchen workflow and service during high-volume operations.Standardise recipes, portion control,
