It explores Indian textiles and handwork through a contemporary lens, celebrating the bizarre and beautiful while embodying quiet luxury with a distinctly human touch.Role Description The Production & Sampling Head is a full-time, on-site role based in Siliguri, responsible for overseeing production and sampling processes for the brand. This role manages planning and execution of collections, coordinates with artisans and suppliers, and ensures that samples and bulk production align with design specifications, timelines, and cost targets. The position involves developing initial prototypes of embroidery and doing costings etc. The Production & Sampling Head will also collaborate closely with design and merchandising teams.QualificationsStrong production planning and management skills, with the ability to oversee sampling,



scheduling, and execution.Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with design teams, artisans, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.Hands-on experience in quality control to maintain high standards in textiles, handwork, construction, and finishing.A keen interest in surface development, embroidery, and product innovation.Ability to train and mentor production staff and artisans, improving craftsmanship, processes, and consistency.Previous experience in fashion production, preferably with luxury, artisan-led, or premium textile-based brands.Knowledge of material sourcing, vendor management, costing, and inventory control.Proven leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in an on-site production setting.A degree or diploma in Fashion Production, Textile Technology, Fashion Design, or a related field is preferred.
