An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Chef/Head Chef to lead the kitchen of an upcoming premium vegetarian restaurant concept in Noida, India.We are seeking a passionate culinary leader with a strong background in modern and traditional vegetarian cuisine, menu innovation, and high-quality kitchen operations.Key Responsibilities- Lead all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional food quality and consistency.- Develop creative, innovative, and commercially successful vegetarian menus.- Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate the kitchen team.- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, food safety, and sanitation.- Manage food costs, stock control, purchasing, and supplier relationships.- Ensure efficient kitchen workflow and service during high-volume operations.- Standardise recipes, portion control,
