(RTIPL) — a vertically integrated home textile manufacturer in Indore is hiring a Quality Control Lead.RoleLead QC across cut–stitch–pack, and act as the connecting point with in-process and weaving QC teams — guiding them, aligning standards, and making sure quality holds from loom to carton.ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end QC for cutting, stitching, and packingSet and enforce quality parameters at each stage — cutting accuracy, stitching/make-up quality, measurements, packing and presentationRun AQL-based final inspections; maintain inspection records and reportsCoordinate closely with in-process and weaving QC — guide their teams, align standards, and close quality gaps across departmentsInvestigate defects,



drive root-cause corrective action, and prevent recurrenceEnsure compliance with buyer specs and certificationsTrain, supervise, and build a dependable QC teamRequirements6+ years in textile/garment/made-ups QC, with strong exposure to cut–stitch–packSolid understanding of weaving and in-process quality (to guide those teams)Solid grip on defect analysis, testing methods, and AQL samplingExperience with export quality norms and certification auditsDiploma/degree in Textile Technology or related fieldBased in or willing to relocate to Indore
