Job SummaryWe are seeking a proactive and experienced Production Engineer / Production Executive to oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensure production targets are achieved, and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing environment and possess robust leadership and problem-solving skills.Key Responsibilities- Assist in planning, coordinating, and supervising daily production activities.- Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality and productivity standards.- Monitor manpower allocation, machine utilization, and overall production efficiency.- Coordinate with the Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments to ensure smooth production operations.- Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations,



and standard operating procedures (SOPs).- Identify opportunities for process improvements, waste reduction, and cost optimization.- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and operational performance.Qualifications- Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related discipline.- 3–6 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.- Experience in FRP/Composite manufacturing will be an added advantage.- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.- Good understanding of production planning, quality management systems, and manufacturing processes.- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).Benefits- Food provided- Paid sick leave- Paid time offSalary: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per monthLocation: Sachin GIDC
