We're an early-stage startup building this from the ground up.About the roleWe're looking for a Social Media & Content Creator intern to take ownership of our content end to end, from the first idea to the final published post. This is a hands-on role with real ownership from day one, not a shadow-and-observe internship.What you'll doOwn content ideation and creation end to end: reels, short-form video, podcasts/audio content, and static creativesScript, shoot or direct, and edit content across the full production process, not just one part of itCreate clear, accurate,



patient-friendly educational content that simplifies diabetes care topics for a lay audienceCoordinate with the clinical team to keep educational content medically accurateOwn the content calendar and keep a consistent publishing cadenceDrive organic growth: reach, followers, and engagement, without relying on paid promotion as the primary leverTrack what's working, iterate on formats, and double down on what drives engagementMake smart use of AI tools across scripting, editing, and ideationWhat we're looking forGenuine motivation and interest in content creation and health/wellness, more important to us than prior experiencePassionate about working in a quick-paced, early-stage environment where priorities shift quicklyEager to learn on the job and take ownership without needing constant hand-holdingA portfolio, reel, or work samples that show you can take content from idea to finished productWorking knowledge of video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)Bonus: experience recording or producing podcast-style audio/video content
