- Bachelors Degree preferably in travel studies and/or Diploma/equivalent in travel and tourism
- 2-8 years of experience in a similar profile
- Excellent communication and excel skills
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and liaise with hotels transporters and other service providers to ensure smooth arrangements.
- Handle hotel bookings confirmations and rooming lists as per tour requirements and timelines.
- Process and arrange additional services such as meals sightseeing guides and special requests.
- Communicate any itinerary changes or updates to suppliers in a timely manner to avoid service gaps.
- Negotiate competitive rates and terms with suppliers to ensure cost efficiency and service quality.
- Ensure accurate documentation follow-ups and coordination for seamless tour execution.
