Role Overview:
We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Finance Executive to oversee our financial operations. You will play a critical role in financial planning budgeting statutory compliance and reporting. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with proven expertise in financial modelling and team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;):
- Develop and monitor annual budgets financial forecasts and cost-control strategies.
- Perform variance analysis to track business performance against forecasts.
- Build financial models for new business initiatives and evaluate investment opportunities.
Accounting & Reporting:
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes and finalization of accounts.
- Prepare accurate financial statements (P&L; Balance Sheet Cash Flow) in compliance with US GAAP/IND-AS standards.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) and General Ledger (GL) reconciliations.
Taxation & Compliance:
- Ensure strict compliance with local state and central regulations (e.g. TDS GST Income Tax and MCA filings).
- Manage relationships with internal and external auditors providing required documentation.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Finance/Accounting; Advanced credentials like CA CMA or CPA are highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a senior finance or corporate accounting role.
- Technical Skills: Advanced MS Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP Pivot Tables) and hands-on experience with ERP systems like SAP Oracle Tally Netsuite Zoho etc.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical skills robust business acumen and excellent communication.
