Mentor Match is looking for a Student Success Manager to guide our Grade 11 and 12 students through the most defining stretch of their school life — SAT prep and university applications.What You'll DoGuide students and parents on SAT targets, when to start prep, and test-attempt timelinesAdvise students on universities they can realistically apply to — from safety schools to ambitious reachesCoordinate with SAT tutors and track progress through mock scores, course-correcting earlyRun regular check-ins with students and parents — warm, honest, proactiveWhat We're Looking For2+ years in student counselling, academic advising, or student success (ed-tech a plus)Strong knowledge of the Digital SAT and university admissions (US knowledge is a big plus)A relationship-builder who earns the trust of both students and parentsOrganised, transparent communicator who can manage multiple student journeys at once
