Qualifications:
As a Career Counselor Trainee, you will provide career guidance and counselling services to individuals seeking assistance in making informed career decisions. Your role is crucial in helping clients identify their strengths, interests, and goals, and in guiding them toward suitable educational and career paths. This is a contract-based position, and you will work with clients on a short-term basis, providing expert advice and support.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in counselling, psychology
- Relevant certifications in career counselling or career development (e.g., National Certified Counselor, Certified Career Counselor) may be preferred.
- Previous experience in career counselling or related roles is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.




- Empathetic, patient, and non-judgmental attitude.
- Proficiency in using career assessment tools and counselling software.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- Flexibility and adaptability in working with diverse client populations.
