About Us:
High Heads Pvt. Ltd. is a rapid-growing company based in Zirakpur, focused on innovation, creativity, and digital impact. We're looking for a skilled and driven Social Media Manager who lives and breathes Instagram — someone who can take our online presence to the next level through smart strategy, engaging content, and a deep understanding of social media algorithms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage high-quality content for Instagram (Posts, Stories, Reels, Carousels).
- Stay up to date with the latest Instagram trends and algorithm updates.
- Develop strategies to increase reach and visibility organically.
- Handle end-to-end content creation including caption writing, basic design/video editing, and scheduling.
- Optimize posting times and formats based on audience analytics.
- Track and analyze performance through Instagram Insights and other tools.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetics.
- Engage with followers: reply to comments, DMs, and encourage community interaction.
- Collaborate with the internal team for product promotions, campaigns,



and special announcements.

Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in managing social media pages, especially Instagram.
- Proven track record of growing Instagram accounts organically.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram’s algorithm, hashtags, content timing, and engagement strategies.
- Proficiency in tools like Canva, CapCut, InShot, Adobe Suite, or similar.
- Creative eye for design, layout, and brand consistency.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Based in or willing to work from Zirakpur, full-time (on-site).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
