What you will be doing here?
- Handle user queries and challenges related to the Marrow platform with a touch of delight.
- Troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.
- Collaborate with the team to escalate and address technical challenges.
- Stay updated with Marrow products and updates to offer accurate solutions.
- Track and report on common user challenges to help drive product improvements.
- Act as the first point of contact for Marrow users facing technical or product-related issues.
- Dive deep into our product ecosystem to understand and troubleshoot issues, ensuring users continue their journey without a hitch.
- Collaborate closely with the team to communicate, prioritize, and resolve user challenges.
