Key Responsibilities:
- Shooting & Editing: Capture and edit high-quality video content and photography for social media, promotional materials, websites, and campaigns.
- Concept Development: Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize, storyboard, and plan video shoots and photo sessions that align with brand objectives.
- Equipment Management: Operate and maintain video, camera, and lighting equipment, ensuring all tools are in optimal working condition.
- Post-Production: Edit videos using software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and Photoshop for photo touch-ups, color correction, and visual effects.
- Location & Studio Shoots: Conduct shoots in various settings including in-studio, on-location, and during live events or product launches.
- Content Optimization: Ensure that all video and photo content is optimized for various platforms including Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and websites.
- Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with current photography and videography trends, techniques, and tools to ensure cutting-edge and fresh content.
- Asset Management:



Organize and maintain a library of raw and edited assets, ensuring easy access and usage by the team.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience as a videographer/photographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative work.
- Expertise in operating video and photography equipment (cameras, drones, lighting setups).
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and photo editing software (Photoshop, Lightroom).
- Strong understanding of video production processes, lighting techniques, and audio setup.
- Creative mindset with the ability to visualize and tell a story through visuals.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for visual storytelling.
- Knowledge of social media video/photo specifications and best practices is a plus.
