As a Sky Phygital - Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between digital and physical banking experiences. Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining relationships with high-value customers, ensuring a seamless and personalized journey across both channels. You will be responsible for promoting and selling the bank's products and services, with a particular emphasis on digital offerings, while also providing exceptional in-person customer service when needed.

Role & responsibilities
- Build and nurture strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and businesses, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
- Promote and sell the bank's digital products and services, including mobile banking, online investment platforms, and digital payment solutions.
- Provide exceptional in-person customer service and support when required, ensuring a positive and personalized banking experience.
- Stay updated with the latest digital banking trends and technologies, and educate customers on the perks of digital banking.




- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to attract and retain customers.
- Analyze customer data and provide insights to the product development team, helping to shape the bank's digital strategy.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of customer confidentiality.
- Manage and prioritize a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.
