Profile includes –
- Managing Agency vertical and Auto vertical along with their team members
- Focus will be on Private car business
- Meeting budgets month on month with profitable business
- In Agency - The focus will be on recruitment, retention and rollover business by engaging the channel partners and by adding recent agents every month
- In Auto – The focus will be on dealership business and to manage various OEMs like Maruti, Hyundai, Tata, Mahindra, KIA etc.
- Close coordination require with claims team and other operation team for day to day work
