Position Overview:
A student counselor is responsible for providing guidance and support to students, helping them overcome personal and academic challenges, and ensuring their overall well-being. They work closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to address students' emotional, social, and educational needs. The key objective is to empower students and enhance their academic performance and personal development.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide counseling support: Offer individual and group counseling sessions to students to address emotional, behavioral, and academic concerns.

Conduct assessments:
Evaluate students' interests, aptitudes, and skills to assist them in making informed decisions regarding their academic and career paths.

Develop personalized plans: Create, implement, and review personalized student success plans (SSPs) to help students set goals and create strategies for achieving a successful academic journey.

Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Counselling: 1 year (preferred)
