Job Overview:
As an Admission Counselor, you will be the first point of contact for students and parents, helping them understand the various undergraduate and postgraduate programs we offer. Your role involves counseling, follow-ups, and converting potential leads into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities:
Student Counseling & Guidance:
- Understand students' educational background, interests, and career goals to recommend suitable UG & PG programs.
- Provide accurate information about courses, universities, eligibility criteria, admission processes, and fee structures.

Lead Management & Follow-Ups:
- Maintain a structured follow-up system to engage with prospective students and ensure conversions.
- Work closely with the marketing team to nurture leads from various sources like Google Ads, Social Media,



and Sulekha.

Sales & Admissions Closure:
- Convert potential leads into enrollments by building trust and addressing concerns.
- Meet or exceed monthly admission targets.
- Maintain robust relationships with students and parents to encourage referrals.

CRM & Reporting:
- Update and maintain student records in the CRM system.
- Track lead status and conversion rates and provide reports to the senior team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
✔ Educational Background: Bachelor's / Master degree in any field (preferred: Sales, Marketing, or Education-related).
✔ Experience: Fresher interested to grow their career in admission counselling in EdTech are highly preferred. ( Those having exp. of 0-6 months in Edtech industry can apply).
✔ Communication & Persuasion: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a confident and persuasive approach.
