1. Customer follow up

3. Car appointment calling, feedback calling
4. You are responsible for bringing and retaining the After-Sales business with dealership.
5. Register customer complaint in eDealer.
6. Instant feedback analysis to be done.
7. Making a prior call for reconfirmation of appointments.
