Job Profile:
- Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers.
- Provide leadership and guidance to production teams to ensure the timely completion of tasks and adherence to production schedules.
- Motivate and train employees to enhance productivity and maintain a positive work workplace.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with established quality and efficiency standards.
- Enforce safety protocols and compliance with regulatory requirements to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, including production output, quality inspections, inventory levels, and equipment maintenance.
- Prepare regular reports and performance metrics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and assess production efficiency and quality levels.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
