_Roles and responsibilities:_

As a Communications Associate, you’ll use storytelling, design, and strategy to showcase Antarang’s impact. Your work will shape how we engage with students, parents, governments, industry leaders, and funders—making career education an urgent conversation.

Content Creation & Storytelling
- Spot and share the most powerful stories from our students and programs
- Plan and create engaging content across formats: reels, carousels, IG stories, blogposts, and short videos
- Write compelling captions, scripts, and social media copy that resonate with our audiences
- Craft blogs, reports, newsletters, and impact stories that bring our students’ journeys to life

Design & Visual Content
- Create digital and print creatives using Canva or the Adobe Suite (bonus points for a valuable eye for design)
- Experiment with layouts, colors, and typography to keep our content fresh and engaging
- Design collaterals, reports, and social media assets that make our message stand out

Social Media & Campaigns




- Create a content calendar to keep our platforms active and engaging
- Schedule, post, and optimize content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube
- Stay ahead of trends and introduce new formats to boost engagement

Analytics & Growth
- Track performance metrics like reach, engagement, and follower growth
- Analyze insights and optimize content based on what works best
- Keep an eye on emerging trends—because great storytelling is both an art and a science

- What You Need_

A graduate degree (In Media/Communications, Journalism, English is a bonus)
- 0-2 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing
- Hands-on experience with Canva
