Job Title: Site Incharge

Location: NTPC Bilaspur - Sipat, Chhattisgarh, India
Experience: 5+ Years (Mandatory project site experience)
Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech (Electrical - as applicable)

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise all on-site project activities at NTPC Sipat.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure effective execution.
- Monitor and manage project schedules, site logistics, manpower deployment, and daily progress.
- Review technical drawings, ensure adherence to specifications, and oversee work quality.
- Maintain close coordination with NTPC officials, client representatives, and internal project teams.
- Enforce strict safety compliance and ensure all site operations follow statutory and company standards.
- Conduct daily site reviews, issue resolution, and progress documentation.
- Manage site material inventory, work permits, approvals, and contractor billing support.




- Ensure smooth handover of completed works and assist during inspection and commissioning phases.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience working on project sites, preferably in power plant or EPC environments.
- Prior work experience at NTPC or similar PSU/industrial sites is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Sound knowledge of quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Familiarity with site reporting tools (MS Excel, MS Project, etc.).

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
