The Role:
We're hiring a Social Media Content Creator to join the in-house marketing team at Eleftheria Cheese and Vivanda - Bakehouse & Chocolateworks. This is a hands-on, full-time role focused on building social-first content for premium artisanal food brands, right from concept to posting.

What You’ll Do:
- Own day-to-day content creation and execution across Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, X, and Threads
- Conceptualise, shoot, and edit short-form videos, reels, stories, and static posts that feel platform-native and on-brand
- Contribute to content ideation and scripting — translating trends, formats, and audience behaviour into original ideas
- Create UGC-style, social-first content that feels natural and relatable rather than overly produced
- Write engaging captions that reflect the tone and personality of each brand




- Plan and manage content calendars, scheduling, and daily posting
- Engage with the community — responding to comments and messages to drive two-way interaction
- Track performance metrics and use insights to improve reach, relevance, and consistency
- Support in-house BAU shoots including references, basic on-set direction, and coordination
- Assist with and coordinate skilled product photoshoots - from mood boards and prop sourcing to on-set support and post-shoot asset management
- Assist with influencer collaborations, campaign rollouts, and digital partnerships

What We’re Looking For:
- 0-2 years of experience in social media content creation or a related field
- Comfortable shooting and editing content on a phone
- Good understanding of Instagram and YouTube formats, trends, and engagement drivers
- Basic working knowledge of Canva and simple video editing tools
- Genuine curiosity about the artis
