Key Responsibilities:
- Assess clients’ needs and recommend appropriate beauty treatments.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the salon area.
- Offer exceptional customer service, ensuring clients have a positive experience.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products.
- Ensure all equipment is sanitized and in proper working order.
- Promote additional services and products to clients as per company guidelines.
- Keep accurate records of client appointments, services rendered,



and customer feedback.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve company goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Beautician or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
- Excellent knowledge of beauty treatments, trends, and products.
- Certification in Beauty Therapy or relevant qualifications is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passionate about the beauty industry and customer service.
- Valuable time management and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Knowledge of health and safety standards in the beauty industry.

Preferred Skills:
- Special occasion styling. beauty techniques, including skin care, advanced facials, and body treatments.
- Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
