Role Requirements
- No full time employment is allowed as per Design partner contract. Also, you shouldn’t be in any other contractual agreement elsewhere on a part-time basis.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience.Experience required in independently managing high-value projects involving both modular and non-modular work.
- The portfolio should include a at least six customer projects and a provision of three customer testimonials is mandatory, which the Homelane Design Program team can speak to.
- Having proficiency in Sketchup and a good understanding of V-ray would be advantageous.
- Minimum 12 days attendance in XP mandatory every month.The Design Partner is required to be present at the XP for a total of four weekend days every month. Weekends can consist of either Saturdays or Sundays alone.

Educational Qualifications:
- B.Arch, B Des, M Des, Diploma in Design
