Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from the company’s database.
- Introduce and explain Trip & Event’s travel packages, offers, and services in a transparent and engaging manner.
- Maintain a professional tone while promoting the brand and creating awareness.
- Generate leads and encourage customers to explore our services.
- Keep records of customer interactions and update the database as needed.
- Work closely with the team to achieve monthly outreach and conversion targets.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bengali; knowledge of Hindi will be an added advantage.
- Confident, polite, and customer-friendly approach.
- Willingness to learn; prior experience in travel or telesales will be beneficial but not mandatory.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
