Responsibilities:
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, and selecting and explaining the best solution.
- Maintain customer records and update information in the database.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Provide product information and suggest relevant solutions.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Should have minimum 8 months or 1 year on paper of experience in international inbound voice / Chat / Blended process.
Shifts : Rotational ( Max Night Shifts)
Job Location : Phase 8B, Mohali.

Salary: ₹9,808.28 - ₹25,000.00 per month
