Key Responsibilities:
1. Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate stock records (raw materials, finished goods, packaging materials).
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Monitor stock levels and raise purchase/production requirements.

2. Store Operations
- Oversee receipt, storage, and issuance of materials.
- Ensure proper labeling, stacking, and storage of items (fabrics, cushions, curtains, etc.).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.

3. Dispatch & Export Coordination
- Coordinate with production and export teams for timely dispatch.
- Ensure correct packing, documentation, and labeling as per export standards.
- Verify dispatch quantities and maintain dispatch records.

4. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain inward/outward registers, GRNs, delivery challans,



and stock reports.
- Update ERP or inventory management systems regularly.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory and dispatch reports.

5. Quality & Compliance
- Ensure proper handling to avoid damage to home furnishing items.
- Follow company policies, safety standards, and export compliance requirements.
- Assist in audits and inspections.

6. Team Supervision
- Supervise store assistants, helpers, and loaders.
- Allocate tasks and monitor performance.
- Ensure discipline and adherence to safety practices.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
