Qualifications and Experience
- Graduates with 1 to 2 years’ experience in a healthcare setting
- Solid customer service skills and excellent communication abilities.
- A warm, friendly, and approachable attitude.
- Ability to multitask

- Job Duties
- Patient registration: Collecting patient demographic information, insurance details,
and other necessary paperwork.
- Insurance verification:
Verifying insurance coverage and obtaining authorizations as
needed.
- Scheduling appointments: Scheduling appointments with physicians or other
healthcare providers.
- Answering phone calls: Responding to inquiries and directing callers to appropriate
departments.
- Data entry: Entering patient information into the hospital's electronic medical records
system.
- Billing: Assisting with billing procedures and insurance claims.
- Coordination: Coordinating with other departments, such as nursing and medical
records, to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Problem-solving: Addressing patient concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
