Job Title: Tally Trainer

Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions for individuals or groups on Tally software, including Tally.ERP 9, TallyPrime, and other versions.
- Teach participants how to manage accounting functions like invoicing, inventory management, payroll, and financial reporting using Tally.
- Customize training materials to suit the needs of different learner groups.
- Evaluate the progress of trainees through assessments, quizzes, and hands-on practical exercises.
- Provide hands-on support to trainees during training sessions.
- Develop and update training materials based on new features and updates in Tally software.
- Ensure trainees understand all aspects of Tally, including tax management, GST filing, and compliance with accounting regulations.
- Provide one-on-one support and answer questions as needed.
- Offer post-training support to help trainees implement what they have learned.
- Assist in troubleshooting any issues related to Tally software usage.




- Stay updated on recent versions and features of Tally to ensure high-quality training.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certification in Tally (Tally.ERP 9 or TallyPrime).
- Proven experience using Tally software in a practical setting (preferably in an accounting or finance role).
- Prior experience as a Tally Trainer or teaching/mentoring others is an advantage.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex accounting concepts for trainees.
- Patience and the ability to adapt to different learning styles.
- Familiarity with the latest Tally software updates and features.

Preferred Skills:
- Expertise in Tally GST and taxation modules.
- Experience in corporate training or educational programs.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and business operations.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
