Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Financial Record Keeping:
- Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and financial statements.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness in recording financial transactions.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable:
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Reconcile invoices, receipts, and statements.
- Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor budget variances and provide analysis.
- Financial Reporting:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Generate financial statements and present findings to management.
- Tax Compliance:
- Prepare and file various tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant tax regulations.
- Stay informed about changes in tax laws and regulations.
- Audit Support:
- Collaborate with external auditors during financial audits.
- Address audit queries and provide necessary documentation.
- Financial Analysis:




- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.
- Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, principles, and relevant regulations.
- Implement and maintain internal controls.
- Responsible for Billing and Invoicing, Maintaining Balance Sheet, Accounts, Bank Statements.

Requirements:
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Proven experience as an Accountant, preferably in a similar industry.
- Familiarity with accounting software and systems.

Skills Required:
- Tally, TDS, GST, Advanced Excel, MS- Office.
- Qualification - Graduate
- Experience:
- 5-10 Years

Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
