The Inventory Store Coordinator is responsible for efficiently managing and coordinating all aspects of inventory control and management within the organization. This role involves processing inbound and outbound shipments, maintaining accurate digital inventory records, verifying stock levels through physical counts, coordinating with transport for dispatches, issuing raw materials to the manufacturing department, dispatching machines/spares, and maintaining inventory records. The Inventory Store Coordinator also interacts with clients to provide updates on the dispatch status of their orders. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of inventory operations and meeting customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Processing Inbound Shipments: Receive and process incoming shipments, confirming the receipt of inventory and accurately entering the details into digital inventory systems or spreadsheets. Ensure proper documentation, such as bills of lading, is processed and filed appropriately.

Processing Outgoing Shipments:



Maintain a comprehensive record of materials issued for outgoing shipments. Update inventory systems to reflect the quantities and items being shipped to customers or other departments within the organization.

Accurate Inventory Management: Utilize digital inventory management tools or software to maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records. Regularly reconcile physical inventory with digital records to identify any discrepancies and take corrective actions as necessary.

Verifying Inventory: Conduct routine physical counts of stock items to verify the accuracy of inventory records. Collaborate with the appropriate teams to investigate and resolve any discrepancies identified during the verification process.

Coordinating with Transport: Liaise with the transport department to schedule and coordinate the dispatch of inventory to customers or other locations. Ensure timely and effective transportation of goods, consid
