The Dispatch Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily dispatch operations, ensuring timely delivery of goods, proper vehicle scheduling, and smooth coordination between drivers, warehouse, and customers. The role involves supervising the dispatch team, monitoring delivery schedules, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate dispatch activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Prepare, review, and manage daily dispatch schedules.
- Assign and monitor drivers, vehicles, and delivery routes.
- Coordinate with warehouse, production, and sales teams for smooth order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, vehicle usage, and delivery performance.
- Resolve delivery delays, customer complaints, and operational issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, transport laws, and company procedures.
- Monitor fuel usage,



vehicle maintenance schedules, and driver performance.
- Train and guide dispatch staff to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports on dispatch performance.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or transport supervision.
- Robust leadership and team management skills.
- Good knowledge of routes, transport regulations, and fleet management.
- Proficient in MS Office, ERP, or dispatch management software.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
