Job Description:

-
- 3-6 years experience in heavy fabrication shop.
- Must have experience in production,planning & controlling (PPC), crane industry preferable
- Must have good knowledge to work with SAP or ERP
- Indepth knowledge of welding processes.( GMAW, FCAW, SAW, TIG)
- Good knowledge and hands on experience cutting program (Plasma machine)
- Good knowledge in reading of heavy fabrication & machining drawings.
- Good knowledge about geometrical tolerance (Welding, Fabrication,& Machining).
- Manpower handling at least team size of 20-30




- Knowledge about material grade and plate thickness.
- Must have good communication skill, soft skills, and leadership.
- hands on experience for Lean & 5S system on shop floor.
- NDT process knowledge is must.

Technical Qualification:
- NDT Level 1 / Level 2 Prefered
