We are hiring Academic Counsellor

Experience -1 to 2 years

Location - Corporate park Sanjay Place Agra
- Address student concerns and provide solutions to academic challenges.
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students to assess their academic progress.
- Promote educational programs, services, and resources available to students, including workshops, seminars, tutoring services, and academic support programs
- Connecting with students on call
- Book the counselling sessions
- Conduct the counselling of the student
- Closing them to the admission.
- Attending seminar organised by the company.
- Should have relevant experience in the same profile.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Previous experience in academic advising, counseling, or student services
- Solid interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse student populations




- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of academic policies, educational pathways, and career development resources
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards in counseling practice
- Proficiency in using educational planning software and student information systems

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
