What You will do:
- Assist in preparing architectural drawings, layouts, working drawings, and detailed plans
- Support senior architects in concept development, design coordination, and presentations
- Prepare drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar software
- Coordinate with structural, MEP consultants, and site engineers
- Visit project sites to monitor execution as per approved drawings
- Assist in preparing BOQs,



material specifications, and approvals
- Ensure drawings comply with local building codes, bylaws, and safety norms
- Maintain proper documentation of drawings, revisions, and approvals

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in architectural design / construction projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory); SketchUp/Revit preferred
- Basic knowledge of working drawings, detailing, and BOQs
- Understanding of building materials, construction methods, and site coordination
- Familiarity with local building bye-laws, DCR, and approval processes
- Ability to coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and vendors
