Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management:
1.Engage with potential clients, handle inquiries, and convert leads into sales.

2.Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-up.

3.Utilize analytical tools to assess sales data, track performance, and optimize strategies.

Social Media Management:
1.Handle direct messages (DMs) on social media platforms, ensuring timely responses to inquiries.

2.Engage with the social media audience, providing information and addressing queries.

3 Support the creation of social media content and campaigns as needed.

Client Relations:
1.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns.

2 Build strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.

3.Maintain client records and communication history in CRM systems.





Data Analysis & Reporting:
1.Utilize advanced MS Excel skills to create reports, analyze sales data, and provide actionable insights.

2.Assist in streamlining internal processes to improve efficiency and business outcomes.

Salary: 20k -25k
