Role Description:As an Enrollment Associate, you will play a crucial role in connecting with teachers, students, and parents to enroll students. You will be responsible for communicating the benefits of our online Olympiad and ensuring a smooth enrollment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with teachers, students, and parents via phone or digital channels.
- Provide information about the Olympiad, answer queries, and address concerns.
- Assist in the enrollment process, ensuring all necessary details are collected accurately.
- Meet or exceed enrollment targets set by the company.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and enrollments.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve collective goals.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.
Salary: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
