Internal Audit Technology team is looking for a cooperative, team-focused, knowledgeable Technology Product Owner with phenomenal interpersonal skills. This is an intermediate-level role that works closely with business stakeholders and engineering teams to elicit, specify and prioritizes requirements aligned to the overall product vision for delivering key functionalities for end-to-end solutions to business.

Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of the clients’ needs, both from a business and technology perspective, and translate them into product features.
- Act as a bridge between Business and Engineering Teams, ensuring clear communication of Product requirements and deliver them in iterations following an Agile Methodology.
- Work closely with Product Manager, Product Owners, Business stakeholders and Engineering team to build and prioritize the requirements backlog.
- Own and manage the Product backlog, create and refine Epics & User stories, acceptance criteria, and drive prioritization of user stories based on business value.




- Prepare for and execute Quarterly Planning ensuring that all epics and stories are properly created, refined, ranked, pointed, and coordinated with all cross-stream dependencies for delivery.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to build user-friendly product features with optimized user experience through business process flow, user journey map and UI wireframe creation.
- Work in an Agile environment, driving sprints and releases ensuring timely delivery of product features with high quality.
- Partner with Scrum masters, Engineering teams, and Quality Assurance teams to ensure smooth sprint execution.
- Adapt to change, anticipate and manage risk, remove impediments and accelerate time-to-market.
- Get user feedback on Product features to refine the backlog with an aim to improve customer experience.
