Position: - Admission Counsellor/ Senior Academic Counsellor

Exp: - Min 1 year in B2C Sales in any service sector, preferably edtech/banking sector. Freshers with good communication skills and convincing skills may also apply.

Salary - upto 30000 per month depending upon experience and interview + Huge Incentives

Location - Near Central Metro, Bowbazar

Working hours - 11am to 8pm - might increase a bit depending on work

Week off - Tuesday

Must have own laptop.

Must be smart and have a go getter attitude

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' educational goals and challenges.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products and services.
- Conduct live demonstrations and virtual tours to showcase the features and benefits of our solutions.
- Guide clients through the sales process, addressing inquiries and concerns along the way.
- Cultivate and nurture leads to build a robust sales pipeline.




- Effectively close deals by leveraging consultative selling techniques and objection handling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Provide regular updates on sales activities and progress to the sales manager.
- Maintain a daily calling time of 2.50hrs
- Meet tight deadlines and targets

Qualifications:
- Must Be a Graduate, HS pass may also apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a consultative approach to sales.
- Hardworking and Confident to meet targets

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
