Position: Aptitude Trainer

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality training sessions in Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Verbal Ability, and Data Interpretation.




- Design and implement effective training modules to improve problem-solving speed and accuracy.
- Conduct mock tests, practice sessions, and workshops to simulate placement and competitive exam scenarios.
- Mentor students individually and in groups to build confidence, time management, and exam strategies.
- Collaborate with the Training & Placement Cell to align aptitude training with industry and recruiter requirements.
- Continuously update content and pedagogy in line with latest exam trends, placement patterns, and skill development needs.
- Provide constructive feedback, performance analysis, and improvement strategies to students.
- Support institutional initiatives for career guidance, employability enhancement, and holistic student development.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Mathematics/Statistics/Engineering/Management or related discipline (mandatory).
