About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach and mentor students in various fine arts disciplines, including painting, drawing, sketching, sculpture, and digital art.
- Develop engaging lesson plans that encourage creativity, artistic techniques, and self-expression.
- Organize art exhibitions, competitions, and workshops to showcase student talent.
- Guide students in portfolio development for higher education opportunities in arts and design fields.
- Stay updated with current trends in art and design, incorporating them into teaching methodologies.
- Encourage students to participate in state and national-level art competitions.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to integrate fine arts into the broader curriculum.




- Maintain an inspiring and resourceful classroom environment that nurtures artistic exploration.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Fine Arts, Visual Arts, or a related field.:
- Strong proficiency in various art forms, techniques, and mediums.
- Passion for mentoring students and fostering creativity.
- Ability to organize and manage art events, exhibitions, and workshops.
- Familiarity with digital art tools and software is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
