As a Student Counselor at Zypher Learning, you will play a vital role in assisting potential students in navigating their educational journey. You will be responsible for providing guidance, support, and information about our digital marketing courses to help students make informed decisions about their learning path. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide detailed information about our digital marketing courses, curriculum, pricing, and enrollment procedures.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify the most suitable course options for individual students.
- Address inquiries, concerns, and objections from prospective students in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records of interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a seamless enrollment process for students.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position Skilled Genie's courses in the market.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, education, psychology, or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales, counseling, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Empathetic approach with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with students.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and trends is a plus.
