The Opportunity:
What you'll be doing everyday:
Application Guidance and Loan Conversion:- Engage in conversion optimization activities to ensure rapid turnaround times, high login rates, and a high loan sanction rate.- Proactively follow up with students regarding processing fees and adhere to timelines to ensure timely loan disbursement.
Product Knowledge:
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all products offered by partner banks, including eligibility criteria and suitable options for diverse student profiles.- Stay up to date of industry trends, regulatory changes, and product offerings to provide the most accurate and relevant information to students and RPs.
Customer Experience:- Develop and nurture strong relationships with RPs and students to enhance overall satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals.
RP Activation Activities:
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager to provide comprehensive training on ApplyBoard’s 360 solutions and product offerings.- Actively promote various product lines and the ApplyBoard 360 Solution, highlighting our unique value propositions and advantages for students.
Reporting and Analysis: Compliance and Risk Management:- Adhere to data privacy laws and maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive student and financial information.
What you bring to the table:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.- Previous experience in loan advising, financial services, or a related area is an asset.- Strong understanding of financial products, especially student loans and educational financing.- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to manage
