Responsibilities:


- Sell and book rail tickets for national and international journeys

- Provide proactive travel advice, and effectively upsell and cross -sell additional products and services

- Address customer inquiries, requests, and feedback promptly and professionally

- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary

- Maintain up -to -date knowledge of current promotions, offers, and advertising materials

- Ensure travel center displays and resources reflect the latest information




Requirements



- German language proficiency at B2 CEFR level or higher

- 2+ years of working experience as a Travel Consultant
- Conversational English skills





- Confident and proficient in using computers and relevant software systems

- Professional appearance and a customer -oriented mindset

- Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure

- Punctual, reliable, and available for shift work, including weekends and public holidays

- Valid driving license (Class B) is considered an advantage

- Military or civilian service completed (or exemption applicable)
