Job Description – Executive / Senior Executive – Tax Advisory, Litigation & Regulatory Services


Reporting To Manager – Tax Advisory, Litigation & Regulatory Services




CTC - 4 -6 L Per Annum




Position Summary


Support tax, regulatory, and family office assignments for HNI/UHNI families, trusts, and


investment entities. The role includes tax compliance, litigation support, research, and


coordination with internal and external stakeholders.




Key Responsibilities


- Support tax advisory, research, and structuring assignments.


- Prepare tax returns, computations, and compliance trackers.


- Assist in notices, assessments, appeals, and litigation documentation.


- Support FEMA and regulatory filings and related research.


- Assist in trust, estate, and succession planning assignments.


- Coordinate with clients, advisors, and internal teams.


- Prepare presentations, MIS reports, and technical updates.


Requirements

Qualifications


- CA Intermediate / Semi -Qualified Chartered Accountant – Mandatory


- 3–4 years of experience in Direct Tax,



Tax Litigation, Private Client Services, or CA firms.


- Additional qualifications such as LL.B., CS, or International Taxation are an advantage.

- Direct Tax Compliance and Advisory


- Tax Litigation Support


- Tax Research and Documentation




- Basic FEMA and RBI Regulations


- MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Ideal Candidate Profile


Semi -qualified CA with3 –4 years of experience in direct tax, litigation support, or private client


services, preferably with a reputed CA firm, Big 4, or family office practice.
