We're Hiring: ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) | Associate Manager





Location: Hyderabad


Experience: 7.5+ Years


Role: Associate Manager (P1)




We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) professional to join our team. This role involves supporting critical enterprise applications, driving AI -enabled solutions, and ensuring seamless IT operations





Requirements

Required Skills




✔️ 7.5+ years of IT experience with robust expertise in ServiceNow ITOM


✔️ Experience with Incident, Problem,



and Change Management processes


✔️ Good understanding of the ITIL framework and Service Management


✔️ Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem -solving skills


✔️ Experience with scripting/programming and enterprise application support


✔️ Knowledge of Generative AI, Agentic AI, or AI -assisted productivity tools is an advantage


✔️ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
